　　I am pleased to inform you that the 2nd Russian Conference on Medicinal Chemistry and the 6th Russian-Korean Conference“Current Issues of Biologically Active Compounds Chemistry and Biotechnology”accompanied with the 2nd Youth School-Conference on Medicinal Chemistry will be jointly held in Novosibirsk，Russia，from July 5 to 10，2015. The aim of the Conferences is to enhance interaction and cooperation of industry and academia scientists working in the field of medicinal and bioactive compounds chemistry as well as biotechnology and to develop scientific relations between Russia，Korea，and other countries.

　　The 1st Russian Conference on Medicinal Chemistry took place in 2013 in Moscow，Russia，and achieved a great success. Scientists from different parts of the world actively participated in the conference. Advances of Russian researchers in medicinal chemistry and pharmacology were widely presented. A lot of oral and poster communications were done by young investigators within the 1st Youth School-Conference on Medicinal Chemistry having been held alongside of the main conference.

　　The Russian-Korean Conferences“Current Issues of Biologically Active Compounds（Natural Products）Chemistry and Biotechnology”are held by rotation in Gangneung，Republic of Korea，and in Novosibirsk，Russia since 2009. The previous conferences were held in Gangneung in 2013 and in Novosibirsk in 2012 and attracted much attention of researchers not only from Korea and Russia but also from other countries.

　　On behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committees I cordially invite scientists and students from academic institutes and universities as well as representatives of research-and-production companies and technology transfer centers from Russia，Korea，and all over the world to take part in the present Conferences.
